How It Started

Two friends.
One very real fear.

Dengue season in the Philippines is not a small thing. For Filipino parents, it's a time of genuine anxiety — keeping kids indoors, checking for standing water, watching for symptoms. Two friends felt that fear deeply, and they refused to accept that the only solution was spraying their babies with DEET.

"We wanted something that worked — and that we'd actually feel good putting on our children."

Working with fragrance experts and natural ingredient specialists, they developed a formula that was effective, gentle, and beautifully fragrant. Signature was the first scent born from that conviction.

2011
Our brand is born
Two friends launch an anti-mosquito cologne made from natural ingredients under Cemmaluxe Manila. Word spreads quickly among moms in Metro Manila.
2013
The scent family grows
Dylan, Iris, and Cibelli join Signature — each crafted with a distinct personality, each carrying the same promise of natural, effective protection.
2016
Into physical retail
Our colognes land on shelves at Echo Store, Urban Essentials, and the Manila Polo Club — reaching families who shop for quality, curated natural products.
2019
A new chapter begins
After 8 successful years, the brand expands under CCHJ77, Inc. — growing the product line, entering Shopee and Lazada, and reaching families nationwide.
2022
Kaui Gentle line launches
We introduce our alcohol-free Kaui Gentle line — Calix, Maysie, and Bella — for the most sensitive skin, alongside custom-label colognes for events.

We become Kaui Naturals
After 14 years of protecting Filipino families, we evolve — with a new name that reflects where we are going. Kaui, meaning "the beauty" in Hawaiian, captures who we've always been. Same formula. Same heart. A bigger, bolder future — with two beloved lines: Kaui Classic and Kaui Gentle.
